A COMPANY RETREAT...

Many companies offer " retreats" to their employees so that they can get to know one another on a deeper level away from the office.  That is what this company did with their Management Team.    They began their weekend with a fun "team building " activity by going bowling.  Having fun and cheering on each player gave a greater since of  "WE" instead of "ME" . That evening was ended with an incredible meal and more fellowship.  

The next day began with a Prayer Breakfast.  Starting off a business day with prayer is not strange to this company.  They make all business decisions by praying about them and allowing God to reveal what direction HE is going to take this company.  The remainder of the weekend was filled with new information about their products, techniques, and direction their company is headed.  The "TEAM" concluded that the retreat was a success and gave them a positive outlook for the future!
